Group Structure

The Phoenix Group is a group of companies with subsidiaries all over the world, enabling us to provide our international customers with the best possible service, and being close to our strategic markets. The mother company PHOENIX INTERNATIONAL A/S is based in Denmark and dates back to 1907. The group has historically been focusing on supplying various bitumen-based products for road, roofing and corrosion protection of pipelines, and also handles the application part of the road and roofing business. In order to follow the continuous development, and in order to maintain our leading position in the global market, the product range has been developed and expanded over the years. The group has been working towards becoming a more all-round contractor, enabling us to take on bigger and more challenging projects. EPC contracts and other specialized contracting services covering high-voltage underground cable joints, pipeline and road projects are also some of our core activities.
